Ash Wednesday – Ash Wednesday is February 17. We’ll have worship at 5:00 and 7:00, including the traditional imposition of ashes and communion. There will also be a spaghetti dinner served by FLY (Faith Lutheran Youth) as a fundraiser for their activities and ministries. The spaghetti dinner will begin at 6:00. Join us as we begin the Lenten season and a time for spiritual growth.

Lenten Worship – Beginning February 24, Faith will offer Lenten worship each Wednesday evening at 5:15 PM. We are hoping that this time will make it possible for senior citizens who don’t like driving after it’s dark to be here, as well as making it possible for those who are working to leave a little early and worship on their way home. The services will be brief and meditative in nature, lasting about 30-40 minutes. Parents with children in FCCNS will be able to join us and still pick up their children prior to the 6:00 deadline. These services will meet in the Community Room and will be led by Lyle Heggemeier.

Seder (Passover Celebration) – On Saturday, March 27 Faith will celebrate a Passover. Part of the evening will be learning the symbolism of the Passover and how Jesus is the fulfillment of the event. You’ll hear more about this next month, but mark your calendars now!
