It provides an age appropriate, quality early childhood program in a well equipped, appealing, safe facility with indoor and outdoor play areas. It is dedicated to ensuring that our programs provide for the healthy growth of all children and actively advocates for children with special needs. Our teachers support children and families in a loving, nurturing setting that seeks to ensure that each child knows God loves them by sharing the good news of our faith in Jesus. FCCNS provides an outstanding opportunity for children to begin the process of learning and developing social consciousness in a Christian setting.

Our Faith Character Trait and word of the month is Generosity
Faith Child Care & Nursery School, in all aspects of its programs, seeks to strengthen and support the child and family. Whether a family seeks a limited part-time care experience or requires the support of full-time care, we provide many enriching learning experiences in an atmosphere of love and respect. Knowing that each child is a unique individual known best by parents, we encourage parent involvement and regular communication.
In order to ensure a quality experience, we provide a carefully planned program designed to meet the needs of the whole child – physical, social-emotional, language and communication, cognitive and spiritual. The basis for our program planning is the criteria developed by the National Association for Early Childhood Programs. The program considers the developmental level of the group as a whole and the individuals within the group.
Over 40 years ago, our program began with a traditional nursery school program. We expanded to include a full-day program that included toddlers, preschool and kindergarten children in 1986. Ten years later we expanded again with the addition of a school-age program for children in first through sixth grade inclusive. And in 2012, we expanded yet again to include infants beginning at 8 weeks of age. And kindergarten became part of our school-age program.
We take great pride in our programs. All of our lead teachers are professional educators with both experience and education in early childhood education. Each person working at FCCNS has been chosen because she/he loves and enjoys working with young children. Great care is taken in planning and caring for our youngsters.
Our facilities are safe, cheerful, inviting and geared especially to little children. Our classrooms are well furnished with equipment and toys that are fun and educational. We have a newly remodeled Natural Playscape, and a spacious indoor play area equipped with a variety of gym equipment. The fields surrounding the fenced-in Playscape also provide space for a large variety of outdoor activities, especially for our older children.
