Sunday School 2018-2019:
Beginning this fall, our church will be reading through the Bible together with a program called The Story. This is an all ages journey where the focus in classes for kids, teens and adults as well as in worship will be the same Bible Stories. The Story is written as a novel with no verse numbers and "skipping" over some parts and replacing them with narrative summaries. The chapters of each level of books covers the same content, but at the age appropriate level.
Each child and teen will get their own book appropriate for their age level and each household will get The Story for adults. Information on each book is below. The schedule of which chapters of the book we will be reading through is located on several large banners in the building. These books are provided free of charge.
Books will be handed out during the education hour (beginning at 9:45 AM) on Sunday 9/9.
Breaking News: Registration for VBS is underway! This years theme: WVBS Live! VBS will be held from Monday July 30 through Friday August 3. You can register online here.
We are also in need of volunteers. We project having over 200 kids at VBS this year, and it won't be possible without many volunteers. If you are unsure of where to serve, please contact Steve and Carrie Ford (email@example.com) or indicate on the VBS Volunteer Form that you would like to discuss where to serve with us. You can register as a volunteer here.

During both Sunday worship services, children are invited forward for a Children's Message. At the 8:30 service children will return to their pews to worship with their families after the Children's message. At the 10:45 service, Kid's Time is available for children ages 3 through 3rd grade following the Children's Message. Children will go to the library and learn about one of the Bible lessons of the day and complete games, crafts and activities to reinforce the message. Children will be brought back to the sanctuary shortly after the sermon.
For infants through age 3, Faith offers Nursery Care, provided by oand a youth volunteer. Nursery care is available all Sunday morning.
Our next 4th-6th grade Fun Night will be on Friday Sept. 21 from 7-9 PM. See you there! Invite a friend! It will feature activities by the Rochester Foam Dart League. Contact Steve and Carrie Ford for permission slips and waivers.
We encourage you to come as a family, worship, and attend education (there are youth and adult classes, too!).
Let us know if there is anything we can do for you or your family. We look forward to seeing you!
